About Refine

Courtney Allen, PT, DPT

Courtney Allen earned her Bachelors of Science in kinesiology at Texas A&M University before going on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Texas Woman’s University.  After graduation, Courtney went to work in orthopedics and sports medicine physical therapy clinics while also furthering her education in advanced orthopedics and manual therapy techniques.


Having experienced low back pain herself with running and postpartum issues, Courtney began participating in Pilates classes to improve her strength and flexibility.  She saw the benefits of Pilates on her own body and decided her patients could benefit from the same integrative full body movement system.  Courtney received a Rehabilitation Certification in Pilates from Polestar Pilates. 


When not doing physical therapy and Pilates, Courtney enjoys traveling, working out, baking, and spending time with her husband, three daughters, and dog.

She now has devoted her career to bettering her clients through Pilates-based physical therapy and wellness practices.

Jill Fawcett, PT

Jill Fawcett earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University and her Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Southwestern. Jill has over 23 years of experience in treating a wide range of physical therapy conditions.

 

As a former marathon runner, Jill deeply understands the challenges athletes face.  Her expertise lies in running-related injuries and running gait analysis, where she applies her knowledge to help athletes improve their performance and overcome obstacles.  Jill is a certified running gait analyst.

 

Additionally, Jill has garnered several years of experience addressing spine-related and postural issues.  Jill’s unique approach to therapy involves incorporating her knowledge of Pilates and yoga, allowing her to provide comprehensive treatments that promote recovery and enhance well-being.

 

By fostering an individualized approach to each client, Jill’s goal is to empower her clients to reach their full athletic potential and to promote longevity through the power of exercise.
