In the states of Texas, physical therapist’s are allowed to treat for up to 15 business days without a physician’s referral.  If treatment is necessary beyond that period, a referral is necessary.  Refine can assist with finding the right physician for your condition.  Pilates clients do not need a referral.

Refine is a cash-based physical therapy practice in which physical therapy patients will be given a coded receipt to file for reimbursement with your insurance using your out of network benefits.  We are more than happy to work with patients through this reimbursement process.

We ask that clients give 24 hours advanced notice for cancellations, otherwise a $95 cancellation fee will be assessed.

Please wear comfortable clothing for working out. Pilates clients will be asked to either go barefoot or wear grip socks.  We have grip socks for sale at the clinic if needed.

While our daily cleaning procedures are already extremely thorough, with the risk of COVD-19, we have enhanced our efforts to keep everyone safe.  Frequently touched surfaces and equipment is being sanitized more frequently with appropriate products.  All clients and staff will be asked to wear a mask and hand sanitizer is readily available.  In addition, clients will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms upon arrival each visit. If a patient is experiencing any symptoms or has been in contact with someone who has tested positive, we ask that they please notify us and refrain from coming to the studio.
